Israel’s war on Gaza live: Deadly raids continue across West Bank

  • Israeli military’s latest assault across the occupied West Bank is now in its eighth day. At least 33 Palestinians have been killed and 130 wounded since last Wednesday, the vast majority in Jenin.
  • At least six Palestinians killed in attack on the Namaa College, where people had been sheltering. Dozens more are buried in the rubble.
  • Israeli forces continue to pound Gaza, killing at least 43 people over past day and wounding five children near a hospital in central Deir el-Balah shortly after a pause in fighting for polio vaccination ended on Tuesday.
  • At least 40,819 people have been killed and 94,291 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the Hamas-led attacks on October 7.
