- Seven Palestinians have been killed in an Israeli strike on a five-storey building near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, days after Israel ordered an estimated 250,000 people to leave the eastern parts of the war-torn city in southern Gaza Strip.
- Andrea De Domenico, head of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the occupied Palestinian territory, said, “Nowhere and no one is safe in Gaza”, which has become a place “where people cannot find a safe refuge, and can’t leave the front line”.
- At least 37,953 people have been killed and 87,266 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza since October 7. The death toll in Israel from the Hamas-led attacks is estimated at 1,139 with dozens of people still held captive in Gaza.
- Israeli forces arrest 10 people across occupied West BankIsraeli forces have arrested at least 10 people from the occupied West Bank, including a woman from Tulkarem, and former detainees, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society and Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs.This raises the number of detentions since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on October 7 to 9,520 detainees, they said in a statement.The figure includes those who were detained from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held as hostages.The detentions were from the governorates of Ramallah, Hebron, Tulkarem, and Qalqilya, and were accompanied by attacks against detainees and their families, in addition to widespread destruction of residents’ homes.

- Settlers’ attacks continue in occupied West BankReporting from Ramallah, occupied West BankLocal sources said a large number of [Israeli] settlers overnight attacked several homes that were vandalised. Two were burned down and some livestock stolen across areas in the occupied West Bank.This morning, international activists who provide some protection to these Palestinian communities were also attacked.Israeli settler attacks are averaging four every day, with the UN documenting 1,050 settler attacks since October 7.The UN says more than 20 Palestinian communities, of at least 1,000 people, have disappeared in the Masafer Yatta area and the Jordan Valley since the start of the war.These communities, usually in rural areas, are being pushed away into cities while the land is being cleared of Palestinians.
