Saint Kitts and Nevis Country Report
Saint Kitts and Nevis is an archipelago country in the Commonwealth of Nations, located roughly in the center of the island nations in the Caribbean Sea. Tourism is by far the country’s largest source of income, and agriculture and light industry are also significant. Sugarcane has been a major cash crop for decades, but production has declined in recent years. The country as a whole is somewhat dominated by St. Christopher’s Island, although it is larger and has Buster as its capital.
The biggest threat to island visitors is opportunistic crime after tropical storms during hurricane season.
